MHHHS History
Muzon Harmony Hills High School began its maiden operation last May 2012 with a 17 locally funded teachers and a Head Teacher III as pioneers of the quest to reach out among learners of this city. During the month long enrolment period the prospect learners reached 1, 200 in number to be housed on 4 classrooms.

A 2–storey, 4–classroom building constructed on 2011 became the cradle of secondary education nestled in a 2,522 sq.m. Material Recovery Facility (MRF) of Brgy. Muzon with a mountain of accumulated household residue equivalent to 50 dump tracks.

On May 7, 2012 another building was built through Cong. Arthur Robes tag project and was completed in October the same year. During the 1st rating period the school adopted a 3 shift program and extensively utilized the Self directed – Guided learning approach provided by the K12 program.
The first 5 months posed challenges that confront the teacher’s commitment to teach and reach out. Culture shock and the travails of shortages in classrooms, books, water, electricity, arm chairs, mountain of garbage and the agony of pioneering work challenged the commitment of teachers.
On April 17, 2013 – December 2013, through Cong. Arhtur B. Robes, a 2-storey, 6-classroom building was constructed.
School logo is designed by first teacher in charge Mr. Emmanuel V. De Mesa. The logo has mountains in the background as representation of the province San Jose Del Monte. Image of two persons together represents as parents. The school believes that parents has a major role in a student's success. It also includes a student wearing a toga and a torch with book that represents student's success in education
