Faculty and Employees (FEA) of Muzon Harmony Hills High School believes that there is no possible when everybody put their heart in one goal. After seven school years, finally the school has its own sound system which is new, easy to operate and can provide clear and loud sound . These sound system is came from individual monthly savings of the teachers and non-teaching staff .
FREE MEDICAL MISSION
Urinalysis, knowing blood type, getting heart rate, measuring blood pressure, doctor consultation and free medicines and vitamins are the good deeds shared by the people of Lord of Zion church to Muzon Harmony High School teachers, students and parents as part of their FREE MEDICAL MISSION last May 23, 2019 along with school enrollment.
People of Lord Zion church are one of those non-profit organization who always supports Muzon Harmony Hills High School. They also offer once in a month Values Instruction to the students that teaches about Values; bible reading; and spiritual development.

BASKETBALL AND VOLLEYBALL TRYOUT
Muzon Harmony Hills High School with the initiative of MAPEH Department believe that academic education and sports education complements of each other. Mental development, skills development comes from the academic learning, while physical development, habit of obedience, discipline, will power and acceptance of losing comes from sports activity.
Muzon Harmony Hills High School scheduled a try out for new members of basketball team and volleyball team that will compete on Public Secondary School Athletics Association (PSSAA) competition held once in a school year.

ENROLLMENT
Students graduated from Muzon Pabahay Elementary School, FSS Patulo Elementary School, Benito Nieto Elementary School, Kalayaan Elementary School (Caloocan City) and nearby private elementary school located at Harmony Hills I Subdivision, Harmony Hills II Subdivision, Deca Homes, Muzon Pabahay 2000 and other subdivision near Muzon Harmony Hills High School enrolled junior high school level, which covers four years from grades 7 to 10. Muzon Harmony Hills High School also offers ABM (Accountancy Business Management) which includes in Academic Track of Senior High School.

BRIGADA ESKWELA
Brigada Eskwela or the National Schools Maintenance Week is a nationwide initiative by the Department of Education (DepEd), it always happened every month of May. Muzon Harmony Hills High School invites parents, alumni, civic groups, local businesses, non-government organizations, teachers, students, and individuals who can volunteer their time and skills to do repairs, maintenance work, and clean-up for the school.
